Order-in-Council of 1904 as amended by subse ent Orders-in-Council, including that of 1913 above referred to, and Article 18 of the Order-in-Council ● of 1915 reads;-
"Nothing in this urder shall prejudice or affect "the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court over "British Companies other than China Companies "and Hongkong China Companies within the mean- "ing of this order".
The effect of this is I submit, that Article 15 of the order-in-Council of 1915 must be read as if Home Companies were excluded from the meaning of the words "-ritish - ompanies' used in that article.
I am,
Bir.
Your obedient servant,
(ugd.)
W. B. Kermett.
